What is Cold Pressed?

Cold Pressed is a method of juicing using a Cold Pressed Juicer. This involves a 2-step process of grinding and pressing the produce which extracts juice without generating heat. Cold Pressed Juicers press the produce, causing minimal oxidation therefore allowing the juice to stay fresh longer.

our story

In 2013, our father was diagnosed with Liver Cancer. Looking for a natural alternative way to heal, Samantha, began to research on the nutritional benefits of juicing, and there, she began juicing for our father. Sadly, he lost his battle to cancer and after his passing, it became her passion to be ‘mindful’ of what we put into our bodies and how the food we consume can affect our health.

It’s best when you feel your eating habits need to be cleansed or when you’re lethargic, bloated or out of alignment. Some people cleanse when the seasons change but you can cleanse to reset your system whenever you feel it is needed – just listen to your body.
