Prep + Maintenance

To get the most out of your cleanse, preparation and maintenance is key. It is important to have a clean diet before and after cleansing to ensure you get the best results.

Prior to starting a cleanse, it is recommended to eliminate processed and fried foods, white flour, sugar, sodas and alcohol. Keep your meals light and clean, and drink plenty of water.

Maintenance is vital as you slowly reintroduce solids back into your body.

Keep your meals light and clean. Start by having fresh fruits and veggies, then healthy carbs and proteins.

Juice Cleanse Tips

  • Drink a glass of warm water with lemon upon waking up.

  • Stay hydrated by drinking lots of water in between juices and throughout the day to help flush out toxins.

  • You may have a glass of herbal tea (no milk or sugar) in the evening.

  • If you get hungry and must eat, you may have some raw vegetables at dinner time.
